What started years ago as a simple fitness routine truly evolved into a full-blown rebirth when I turned inward and discovered the power of mindfulness: including mindful habits, mindful eating, and purposeful training. I started showing up differently: waking up early, journaling, meditating, training with intention, and fueling my body with care. Slowly, I reconnected with myself, my values, my identity, and my inner fire.
I finally let go of perfection and in its place, I built inspiration, purpose, and self-trust.
After exploring multiple careers, I finally discovered my true mission: helping others transform themselves on multiple levels. Becoming an evidence-based personal trainer and nutrition coach allowed me to combine science, mindfulness, and lived experience in a way that creates real, lasting change.
Being queer and genderfluid has taught me the importance of honoring who you truly are and that perspective shapes how I support others in igniting their own fire, no matter who they are.
