1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using this website (www.coachvfit.com) or engaging in any coaching, training, nutrition or mindset services (“Services”) provided by Coach V Fit, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the website or engage in the Services.
These Terms may be updated by us at any time. Your continued use of the website or Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Services Offered
Coach V Fit provides 1:1 online coaching in the areas of fitness, nutrition and mindset. Services may include personalized training and nutrition programs, check-ins, digital resources (e.g., plans, videos, guides), and communication via digital platforms such as email, messaging, or video calls. Specific details of what is included in your program (e.g., number of sessions, duration, communication channels) will be set out in your individual client agreement or invoice.
3. Client Health & Responsibility
You represent that you are physically and mentally able to participate in the Services and have obtained any required medical clearance from your physician or healthcare provider, especially if you have any pre-existing medical condition, injury, illness, or are pregnant.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself (including health status and medical history) and to promptly inform Coach V Fit of any changes. You assume full responsibility for your participation in the Services, including any risks of injury, illness or improper result that may occur.
4. Health Disclaimer
The Services provided by Coach V Fit are for educational and general wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. I am a licensed personal trainer and certified nutrition coach, but I am not a medical doctor, dietitian or healthcare provider. If you have or suspect you have a medical condition, you must consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before participating.
You understand and agree that participating in programs, exercise, nutrition plans or other content is at your own risk. Coach V Fit is not liable for any injuries, health issues or damages that may result from your participation.
5. Payment, Refunds & Withdrawal
Payment for Services is required in full before the start of your program, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Because Coach V Fit provides personalised digital coaching services and materials, clients acknowledge that these services are non-returnable once delivery begins.
By purchasing a program, you expressly consent to Coach V Fit commencing the Services immediately and you acknowledge that, once performance has begun or access to personalised digital materials is provided, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period) under EU consumer law.
If you wish to cancel before Services have begun and before receiving any digital materials, please contact info@coachvfit.com. In such cases, a refund may be provided at Coach V Fit’s discretion or as required by applicable law.
After Services have commenced, no refunds will be issued, except where required by law or where otherwise expressly stated in writing by Coach V Fit.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule a scheduled coaching session provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled or missed without sufficient notice may be forfeited. Coach V Fit reserves the right to terminate the Services in the event of repeated cancellations or no-shows that disrupt program continuity.
Any rescheduled sessions must be booked within the term of your program unless otherwise agreed.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Coach V Fit (including but not limited to training plans, nutrition guides, videos, templates, graphics) are the intellectual property of Coach V Fit. They are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or share any materials without written permission from Coach V Fit.
Coach V Fit retains all rights, title and interest in the materials and reserves all legal rights in relation to unauthorised use.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy and personal data are important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, store and protect your data, including special category data (health information), your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and international data transfers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach V Fit and its officers, employees or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or damage to property, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or Services, or any information provided.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from gross negligence or wilful misconduct by Coach V Fit or its agents, as required by applicable law.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. The parties agree that any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
If you are a consumer residing in another country and local mandatory rights apply, nothing in these Terms shall reduce those rights.
11. Force Majeure
Coach V Fit shall not be liable for failure to deliver the Services or fulfil its obligations under these Terms if prevented by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, equipment or internet failures, server downtime, acts of nature, war, terrorism, pandemics or government regulations.
12. Amendments
Coach V Fit reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website and indicate the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or Services after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
13. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Coach V Fit regarding your use of the website and the Services, and supersede any prior agreements or communications (whether written or oral).
